Registration

  • This is the registration option for all students and faculty staying in the convention hotel. College delegations that register for hotel rooms are eligible for a $50 per person registration discount. The regular convention registration fee is $300 per person and commuters should register using that option instead.
  • The regular convention registration fee is $300 per person. Commuters should use this option. Those college delegations staying in the convention hotel are eligible for a $50 per person discount and should register using the hotel discount registration fee instead.
  • Delegations staying in the hotel but registering late for the convention should use this registration option.
  • Commuter delegations registering late should use this option.
  • Four-year associate member colleges receive free tabling at the regional conferences and state convention
  • Fee for non-members to table during the annual JACC convention
  • Fee for tabling during the annual JACC convention
  • Fee for tabling during the annual JACC convention
  • For advertising in the printed convention program booklet. Full-page size 7.5 x 10 inches
  • For advertising in the printed convention program booklet. Half-page ad sizes: 7.5 x 5 inches (horizontal) OR 3.75 x 10 inches (vertical)
  • For advertising in the printed convention program booklet. Quarter-page ad size 3.75 x 5 inches

The 2017 JACC State Convention will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in Sacramento, California Thursday, March 30 through Saturday, April 1, 2017.


2017 REGISTRATION FEES

Registration is for MEMBER schools only; individuals can not register. All registrations must include a name, twitter and email address for each delegate to be considered valid.

By March 14, 2017

Regular Member Convention Registration:
$300/person (commuter rate)

Hotel Discount* Convention Registration:
$250/person (lodging is additional, see below)

After March 14, 2017

Regular Member Convention Late Registration: $350/person

Hotel Discount* Convention Late Registration: $300/person (lodging is additional, see below)

The 2017 JACC headquarters hotel is the DoubleTree Hotel, 2001 Point West Way, Sacramento, California, 95815. JACC has negotiated discounted hotel rooms for attendees of the conference at $129/night (single or double) in conjunction with the conference. Member college delegations that stay at the DoubleTree for a minimum of one night during the conference dates are entitled to a $50 discount off the cost of the regular registration fee. The regular registration fee is higher for commuters because much of the meeting space costs are determined by how many hotel room nights are sold by the organization.
