Delegate registration – $200.00
This is the registration option for students and faculty. Regular registration is $200, but commuters must pay a $50 fee. Please see our chart to determine how many regular registrations you are allowed.
Late registration – $250.00
Use this registration type if you are adding new registrations after midnight March 25. Late registrations cost an additional $50.

Regular registration is open only to member schools; registration is by delegation. Please include cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses of all delegates.

The 2010 JACC State Convention will be held at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in Los Angeles beginning Thursday, April 8 and running through Saturday, April 10.*

Registration is available only to MEMBER schools. Individuals CAN NOT register; all registrations are by delegation.

The cost of registration, which does NOT include lodging, is $200 per delegate (instructor and student) for those staying at the hotel. The cost for commuters is $250 per delegate. See our commuter calculation chart to determine how many regular registrants you are allocated based on the number of rooms and number of nights you will be at the hotel.

Regular registrations must be received by March 19. Late reservations will include a $50 per delegate late fee.

(Commuter rates are higher because much of the meeting space costs are determined by how many hotel room nights are sold by the organization.)

The convention will include a full array of on-the-spot contests (see our list of contests for details), workshops and business meetings. The convention concludes Saturday night* with an awards banquet. Each school must send at least one delegate to the state student meeting, the state faculty meeting and the general assembly meeting.

Make hotel reservations with the Wilshire Grand by calling (213) 688-7777 before March 26. Convention rates through those dates are $129 and $149 (plus tax) per room per night.
