Membership dues, 2026-27 (14 Apr 2026)

Go here to generate an invoice for your school's 2026-27 membership dues. There are two options: you may pay the $500 membership dues separately, or you may bundle the $500 membership fee with the $100 regional and $100 state contest entry fees and pay them all at once.

Members who opt to pay the $500 membership fee and decide to enter a JACC publication contest/s will have to generate one or two additional invoices during the year, one in January 2027 for the $100 entry fee for the state contest, and one in June 2026 for the $100 entry fee for the regional contest.

2026 Regional Publication Contest Entry Fee (03 Jul 2026)

Use this "event" option to create an invoice to pay the entry fee for the 2026 JACC Regional Publication contests, for both NorCal and SoCal. The contests are open to all current 2026-27 JACC member community colleges from both the northern and southern regions.

The fee deadline is Nov. 15, 2026.

Some colleges prepaid contest fees through a $700 membership bundle and do not have to generate a contest entry fee invoice.

If your college paid the $500 membership fee, please generate an invoice to pay the $100 contest entry fee. Thanks.

2027 State Publications Contest Entry Fee (03 Jul 2026)

Use this "event" option to create an invoice to pay the entry fee for the 2027 JACC State Publications Competition. The contest is open to all current 2026-27 JACC member community colleges from both the northern and southern regions.

The entry fee deadline is March 31, 2027.

Some colleges prepaid contest fees through a $700 membership bundle and do not have to generate a contest entry fee invoice.

JACC NorCal 2026 (12 Aug 2026)

The annual JACC NorCal Conference will be held Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026, and will include a full day of workshops, on-the-spot contests and meetings at San Francisco State University, 1600 Holloway Ave., San Francisco, CA 94132.

Check-in will begin at 8 a.m., with the start of the conference scheduled for 9 a.m. The conference will go until awards are completed, about 6 p.m.

REGISTRATION: $50 per student/faculty delegate and includes lunch. Regular registration deadline Tuesday, Oct. 6.

Late Registration: Starting Oct. 7, the fee will be $60. Although we will try to feed everyone if we have adequate notice, lunch cannot be guaranteed for late delegates registering onsite.

Name changes: Free for on-time registrations through Oct. 6. On and after Oct. 7, there will be a $10 late name change fee (not applicable to late registrations).

Advisers should register their entire delegation by using the "add guest" function in the registration tool. Please do not register student delegates with separate registrations.

NOTE: There are no refunds. Requests for a registration cancellation or credit will be honored only through the regular registration deadline. There are no credits for no-shows.
